Art is about transforming personal, dramatic experiences into a new, abstract form.
Aware of the pain – I transform the story, and play with themes. Because the oppressive grayness of the socialist system in which I grew up was so overwhelming I reversed the narrative and painted in vivid, resonant, exuberant colors, as if taken from a palette of Lego bricks.
I lived in a war, and after one life-changing meeting, I decided to withdraw my energy from the fight. The end of that stage of rebellion.
I believe that ethical, ecology beavior is about taking responsibility not only for sorting plastic and glass, but also for relinquishing the production of further dramatic torrents of thought.
